Team Bombshell Camp Experience


          Wow!  It's been incredibly too long since my last entry.  My apologies everybody.  Since my last entry my husband and I have taken our adventurous road trip from Idaho to Virginia.  On our way back to VA we made one life changing stop in Daytona, Florida.

          Prior to our move from Idaho I applied for acceptance to Team Bombshell.  When we were in Sedona, AZ I received an invitation to join their competition team.  I was beyond excited!  I immediately signed up for one of their upcoming camps in Daytona Beach so that I could meet some of my teammates and coaches before starting my online coaching with Shannon Dey and her elite team.

          For those of you who may be thinking about joining Team Bombshell, I highly recommend going to their camp prior to beginning their program.  Here is why:


          At camp you are put through a number of intense and specialized workouts to obtain the ideal bikini body.  If you want to have a rockin' bikini champ body then training with purpose is key. You are taught the speed and pace they want you working so that you can get the most out of your workouts.  You will also learn a number of exercises that only Bombshell girls know. Take it from me, no matter what your fitness background may be these workouts will blow your mind and shock your body. You will not find them anywhere else. Training with people like Jaime Baird is also a big plus! Talk about inspiration!

          At camp you also have lectures on nutrition, meal prep, how to prepare for your show, and what kind of girl it takes to be a champion. Throughout your weekend journey of drinking tons of water, sweating tons of water, and working your butt off (literally), you bond with other like-minded and beautiful women who are all there for one goal; to challenge themselves to become the best they can possibly be.  It is a great place to begin your Bikini journey. You also get tons of posing practice and a 1:1 with Shannon Dey to discuss your path in bikini,figure,or fitness.

          Shortly after camp you will be emailed a meal plan and workout plan for the first month.  Today I am on the first day of week 2 and I have already noticed a difference in my body, skin, and energy.  My body feels harder, more conditioned, and tighter. My skin is clearer, softer, and my energy is high and consistent.

          I encourage you to look into Team Bombshell whether you are serious about competing or just want a coach that can help you achieve your fitness goals.  Being apart of a successful team is also encouraging. Their success is from dedication and commitment to the program. Their success helps me to stay on track.  I will post updated progress pics throughout my Bombshell training as soon as I figure out how to on my iPad!

         I will leave you with a checklist of items to bring with you if you do decide to go to their camp:

  • Gallons of water
  • Extra workout clothes per day...you sweat a ton!
  • Extra undies
  • Deodorant
  • Cooler of food
  • Cash if you are in need of a cab ride
  • Competition suit or swim suit
  • Heels
  • 2 pairs of training shoes/socks
  • iPod and headphones
  • A good attitude.  Leave everything you think you know at the door and be open to their methods.
  • Camera
  • Cash/checks for their bombshell store. They have tons of cute workout clothes!
  • Alarm clock
