My Mission:
My mission as a distance based coach is to help you engineer a competition worthy physique without sacrificing your health.
Through my personal experience and unique education, I have proven that a woman can look and feel healthy while also being curvy, lean, and strong.
In order to execute my mission, I am determined to help women embrace the process of getting STRONGER through progressive, female specific training and nutrition programming. Bikini competitions are an excellent way to motivate you and add the powerful incentive needed to execute your goals.
The absolutely critical step for success, for most women, is to hire a coach that you not only trust, but also agree with their fundamental fitness principles.
In case you haven't gotten a chance to read through my blog posts, here are my principals:
#1 - Develop strength, especially in certain areas (such as the glutes) Strength training is an essential part of transforming your body into a curvy, yet lean masterpiece.
#2 - Train like a woman, because training like a male bodybuilder will make you lose your natural feminine curves.
#3 - Feed your metabolism with an intelligently designed nutrition plan that actually builds your ability to burn excess fat without resorting to starving yourself.
#4 - Satisfy your palate because results are meaningless if you are constantly deprived, socially isolated, and miserable.
#5 - You have nothing without your health. Building a better body is not a sprint. Your program needs to reflect that your body takes time to change and that attaining your goal should not involve frequent visits to the ER.
If you are looking for a program to be handed to you that is generic then you have the wrong coach. I only work with a select few women who are committed to doing things the right way. If you are looking for results in 2 weeks and workouts that will just beat you to the ground then again, you have the wrong coach.
My program is intelligent, progressive, and result oriented.
Anyone who has achieved anything athletically has put in their time. If you are patient and result oriented as well then you have come to the right place!

These pictures were taken between 2007 and 2009. I was working out but had no idea how to eat right! I was also in my earlier 20's.
The first picture was taken at NPC Nationals in 2012. The second picture was taken at my third bikini competition (Empire Classic in Spokane, WA) where I took home the gold in April 2011.

"I have been doing kettlebells with Abby for 4 weeks, 3 days/week and I LOVE it. I never heard or saw this technique before and was not sure what to expect.
