Update on Measurements and Training


          We did my measurements this morning and its looking good for next weekend. I am currently at 10.4% bodyfat, 123.6 lbs, and overall I have lost over 15 lbs of fat! I did not carb cycle this past week but I did cut back a little bit on my fats. Danny and I are debating whether or not I should carb cycle this week leading up to the Spokane show since I responded well this past week. I am nervous to make many changes b/c I am not sure how my body will respond.


          As far as my workouts this past week I focused on building my abs and glutes.  I asked one of the judges for feedback and he recommended that I work on a little bit more definition in my abs and rounding my butt. Other than that he said I look great on stage and that I had the perfect body for bikini...he said that a few times ;-) I did little cardio this past week. I walked twice outside and did some yoga. Next week I will be stepping up my cardio and decreasing the volume of weight during my workouts. I am ready to take on Spokane. I feel like I will "peak" for this show as I have had more time to train and more experience under my belt. Please leave a comment here or on facebook to let me know if you are going.
