Mark Your Calendars for April 23rd! Info on Spokane show

          Only 11 days until the Empire Classic in Spokane! Mark your calendar for Saturday, April 23rd. For those of you who are interested in going check out this link for more information and to purchase a ticket. http://www.spokanebodybuilding.com/mainempire.html Just a heads up on what to expect and how to plan for it accordingly. If you ONLY want to watch the Bikini Division (that's what I am competing in) then ONLY buy the pre-judging general admission ticket for $15. I will not be in the night show. If you want to stay for the night show then plan on spending ALL day in Spokane and also buying a night show ticket.


          Pre-judging starts at 10am and I will be going on stage sometime around 12pm. They will be judging, scoring, and awarding then.  After the show Danny and I would like to invite all of you to join us in the celebration of my last competition for the spring season...I will announce where soon. I plan on being done by 1-2pm so it will be like a late lunch, please join us!!! Another note, because it is in the Northern Quest Casino nobody under the age of 21 will be allowed in, not even for the morning show. Sorry about that! In the pre-judging show if you get there at 9 when it starts you will be able to watch other divisions as well like fitness and figure. Danny and I will leave as soon as I am done but feel free to stay if you want to watch the whole show! Please let me know if you have any questions.  If you want to car pool, coordinate with some fellow Integrative Athlete friends and you are welcome to meet at our gym the morning of.  I hope to see you all there! The more you cheer the better I will be on stage!
